World Surf League Cancels or Postpones All Events Through End of May


Last week, the WSL announced that in response to the quickly escalating situation surrounding the COVID-19, all events slated for the month of March would be canceled, including the first stop on the Championship Tour. But as Monday afternoon, the WSL has made the decision to further cancel or postpone everything until the end of May–including the postponement of World Tour events at Bells and Margarets, and possibly the cancellation of the Quiksilver Pro G-Land. Due to the continued evolution of the COVID-19 pandemic, the World Surf League (WSL) is postponing or canceling all events, at all levels of competition, through the end of May.
